Task: Select Tools For Access Management
The purpose of this task is to select the tools required to enable Access Management.

Tools required for systematic handling of Access Management should typically support registering access requests, communicating with relevant authorities for approvals, providing or invoking access, maintaining access event logs, identifying breaches, raising an incident in the incident management system, reporting on Access Management, etc. Request Fulfillment Manager along with the Engagement Manager must select adequate tools for executing the Access Management process in the engagement. The tool list along with its configuration requirements would then be shared with the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Manager.
